Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and the original invoice intact to ensure a valid return process.

  Ship the Parcel

  Send your package via a traceable courier service to our central warehouse or drop it off at any authorized BEECHTREE outlet.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your exchange or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
